How to Enroll

  • To start the certification process you will need to follow this Start-up link and select "Need to create a new user account" (Second Option under the Log In). Have multiple people to register? Email Jim Swoyer, Program Director, at jim@swoyer.com for information on how to do bulk registration.
  • Once you have set up your user account, Find "Content Menu" on the Menu Bar. Then select the first option: "Registration Information."
  • Once you have filled out your registration information you will be prompted to make a payment of $199.00 per certification, which will allow access to the online study materials and the exam.
  • At this time we suggest you go through the course materials. You may take the exam at any time. Upon completion of the exam, with a score of 70% or higher, you will officially be certified! (Reminder: You must be a TCA member to become certified. Agents can currently join for free.
